Ronnie take care of Business!

It was an easy phone call to schedule the 22,500 recommended maintenance. I arrived on time, the ladies checked in my vehicle, and I used the coupon I received in the mail for an oil change. Aimee gave me the website to go to for the rebate on the cabin compartment filter. I was done within an hour.

On time

I had questions about why the issue with my A/C is happening, and was pretty much blown off by the service writer. She said she would get back to me but never did. My question is at 32 thousand mile the idler pulley went out and the belt had to be replaced. Now at 30 thousand miles later the same thing happed again. I have extended warranty on this vehicle and it was covered the first time because it was under the 36 thousand miles. I understand wear and tear parts are not covered under extended warranty. But I should not have to replace the idler pulley and a/c belt every 30 thousand miles. My previous Chevy was 11 years old and had 100 plus thousand miles on it and I never had to replace anything on the A/C. I am just concerned that something else could be going on that could be causing this to be happening that we my not be seeing.

There was not a long wait before my car got serviced and the staff was very friendly.

It was 100% a good experience..everything was detailed,work was done in a timely manner.
